How much are tokens worth?

Token values are worth $0.10 each.

How much do creators make?

A creator earns 8 cents per token, as well a 80% on subscription revenue.

The amount is calcuated based on the purchase amount that a user makes. If a user spends $100 to purchase tokens, and tips you all of those tokens, you earn $80.

How do I see who is following me/Who I am following?

You can see who is following you by going to your profile and clicking on the Favorites link in the main menu on desktop or submenu on mobile, or by going directly to the url https://favoritely.com/favorites. There you can see who is following you, who you are following. As well as who you are subscribed to, and who is subscribed to you.

Are the same features available on Moblie? Is there an app?

Yes, the same features are available on mobile. There is no app, but the website is mobile responsive.

How do I block someone?

In the unfortunate event that you need to block someone, you can do so by going to your blocked users list in your settings.

How do I reset my password?

If you are not able to login to your account, you can reset your password by going to the login page and clicking the “Forgot Password” link. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

Otherwise, you can go to your account settings, click on "Password" under "Security" and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I set 2 Factor Authentication?

Under your account settings, click on "Security" and then "Two-Step Authentication". Follow the instructions to set up 2FA. You can use an authenticator app and/or email to receive a code.

How do I deactivate my account

We'd hate to see you go, but if you need to deactivate your account, you can do so by going to your settings and clicking on "Close Account" at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to confirm your decision and provide a reason for deactivating your account.
